Probably one of the most shocking episodes of this second half. Not only do we get to learn more about the outcast of the group, Merle, but we witness that the oldest Dixon isn’t as bad as everyone thinks he is. Rick is willing to leave the prison if the rest of the group doesn’t want war. What will they do? Will they stand and fight or will they pack up and leave? Merle doesn’t go through with Rick’s previous plan in giving Michonne up to the Governor, instead he lets her go. We see that he takes out quite a few of the Governor’s strong men in hoping to give the group a fighting chance against Woodbury’s army.

Unfortunately, the episode leaves it’s viewers grabbing for tissues. The Governor is ruthless with his confrontation with Merle. Leaving a distraught Daryl to find his big brother in a state he can’t erase. What will Daryl do now that his brother is officially gone?
